PT indication 1.8 in long at the toe of the 8 in inlet nozzle weld, oriented circumferentially.

Recommended options
- Excavate to sound metal, re-weld, PT the repair.
Justification
A circumferential toe crack in a cyclic-service nozzle weld will propagate. It has to come out before the exchanger goes back in.
