Findings
Downcomer apron sagged about 0.75 in at midspan. Seal pan clearance still within the fractionation tolerance.

Internal tray tolerance, vendor drawing
Recommended options
- Option 1: replace the downcomer panel now. Requires a tray removal sequence the schedule does not have.
- Option 2 (recommended): monitor and replace at the next internal.
Justification
The sag has not yet closed the seal pan clearance, so tower performance is unaffected this run.
